The microcontroller we programmed is the ATMega328p microcontroller. This microcontroller must be connected to the computer to program. This is the USB To Serial Converter Module. Once you have the money, you can use this module to build 100, not 1,000 government boards.
Now connect the devices as in figure 1 below. It's okay to wait until the Converter module is gone. Because after converting the converter, you will not be able to use that module when building a government board. If you have connected the devices exactly as shown in Figure 1, you can now connect your own board to the computer and program the microcontroller.
